All You Need is LoveBehind The Bend
We know that we've been talking about it a lot lately, but what this world truly needs right now is a lot of love. With Valentine's Day right around the corner there is no better time to start. We think that design is a great way to bring about happiness and spread some cheer. We found this great list of 20 Valentine decor tips and pulled out the Top 5 below. You can find the full list and some great visuals HERE. Trust us you're going to want to check it out. It was hard pulling just the 5.
On our end we are spreading the love with our trusty Arrow! For the next week we'll be giving you all kinds of great decorating tips using our Arrow with the help of BIRCH AND BONE here in Los Angeles. We gave them a few in a variety of colors to do what they do best and create some inspired botanical art. You're going to love what they've come up with! We also have our Arrow giveaway going on with WOONWIKEL in Portland. Make sure and check out their Instagram for all the details. Love is in the air and we're going to do our best to keep spreading it as much as possible.
PINK CANDLESTICKS
Lend your Valentine's Day tables-cape an air of traditional elegance and playful spirit with rose petal pink candles. It's a subtle but effective decor trick to, ahem, melt over.
FLORAL COOKIES
Dress up geometric cookies with white frosting and edible flowers for a show-stopping treat bound to give your hun butterflies. Besides - why give flowers for a vase when you can give flowers to eat? PINK MACARONS AND BERRIES One of the loveliest aspects of Valentines's Day (besides celebrating the love in your life, of course) is that the holiday's colors make it easy for food to double as themed decor. Raspberries sprinkled around pink pomegranate macarons make for a treat that's appealing to the eyes and tastebuds.
SIMPLE BOUQUET
A dozen roses is the tradition, but just one to two blooms in a small vase can be equally charming (and save space on a crowded dinner table!) Peach roses situated in a vase on stacked books make for a charming centerpiece.
GEOMETRIC HEART
Take those construction paper hearts to the next level with this geometric heart DIY. The wall decor looks super hip, but still Valentine's Day appropriate, hung directly on a neutral wall. (If you're not ready to commit to something big, you could always make a mini framed version instead.)
