Standard Shipping


Our standard shipping rates include curbside delivery to within the US only. If you would like to inquire about shipping outside of the US you can contact us at info@bendgoods.com.

Most of our designs are in stock and ready to ship. Typically, items with Standard Shipping will arrive in 7-12 business days.

Our standard shipping rate is 9 - 18%, depending on the order. Standard shipments are sent via small parcel carriers (UPS) or via our freight partner, depending on size. 

In Home Shipping Available

Looking to get your purchase delivered inside your home or business? We offer white glove shipping service on qualifying orders. In Home Delivery options will include placement in the location of your choice, assembly of products if chosen, and cleanup up of shipping materials and packaging. 

 

What to expect for In Home Shipping?

Our team will coordinate with you ( the buyer ) and our shipping partners 2 - 5 business days in advance to find the best time frame for delivery. Delivery times are: Monday - Friday | 8am - 5pm. In Home Delivery lead times range from 10 - 15 days after purchase.

 

Interested in Home Delivery?, send us an email with your order number to Info@BendGoods.com and our team will help set up your delivery! Additional shipping chargers will incur.

 

Cancellation Policy for Before Order Ship

Please note that when an order is placed with Bend Goods, Shopify charges processing fees as soon as the order is created by the customer. If you find it necessary to cancel your order before it has been shipped, a processing fee will be applied.

What is Bend's Return Policy?

At Bend Goods we stand behind our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied. Please keep the following in mind during the return process:

  • Returns must be received in original packaging and the product must be in the original condition.
  • The return must be made in 15 days of receipt or date of purchase, whichever is later.
  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 20% of the total purchase price. 
  • Restocking fee is waived for items being exchanged within 10 days of receipt. 
  • If the order value is over $5000, the restocking fee reduces to 15%.
  • Returns will be refunded in the same form as the original payment was made.
  • Returns are not accepted outside of the United States.
  • Be sure to retain the original packing materials, receipt, and all merchandise tags for returns and exchanges.



Proof of purchase is required for exchanges, credits, or refunds on eligible items, plus amount of tax paid according to applicable state law. For your convenience, we will accept the following as proof of purchase. Please retain all original packaging from shipment. We do not accept returns if the item is not in its original packaging or you have had the item for more than 30 days.
