A large-scale Caribbean resort specification project featuring custom powder-coated furniture precisely matched to a bold, site-specific color palette. Bend produced high volumes of aluminum and stainless steel seating, tables, and barstools across multiple outdoor venues — from rooftop bars to open-air dining decks overlooking the ocean — purpose-built for the demands of a world-class tropical hospitality environment.
The Synergy
This project pushed Bend's capabilities in new directions. Working closely with the client's design team, we developed new perforated table tops and introduced the Outdoor Tube Barstool — pieces engineered for heavy-use hospitality in salt-air, high-humidity coastal environments. Aluminum and stainless steel were specified throughout for their superior corrosion resistance in oceanside conditions. Every finish was custom powder coated to match the resort's signature color story, produced at scale with consistent quality.
The Legacy
This Bahamas collaboration is a benchmark for what Bend can deliver: high-volume production, new product development, custom color matching, and full coastal specification — all under one roof.
