Moon Dust: A Study in Surface and Light
Metal is often perceived as rigid and cold. With Moon Dust, we explored how a finish can soften structure and change how a form is experienced in space.
Moon Dust is a powder-coated metallic finish with quiet grey-green tones that shift throughout the day. In morning light it reads cool and restrained; by evening it deepens into a muted, lunar sheen. This responsiveness allows the finish to support a piece’s geometry without overpowering it.

Surface as Atmosphere
Rather than reflecting like polished metal, Moon Dust diffuses light. It softens visual hardness while maintaining clarity of form, allowing furniture to coexist comfortably with wood, stone, textiles, and glass. The finish is present, but restrained.
A Color Between Worlds
Grey-green behaves as a flexible neutral. It carries enough warmth to sit naturally beside organic materials while preserving the cool precision of metal. In hospitality settings it feels calm and durable; in residential spaces it reads quiet and intentional. Outdoors, it echoes the muted palette of landscape.
Industrial Performance, Residential Warmth

Powder coating provides durability, corrosion resistance, and longevity. Moon Dust retains these industrial strengths while introducing tonal softness more often associated with residential interiors—bridging performance with comfort.
