NEW CLASSICS Behind The Bend

The release of our Second Collection mere days away, has us reminiscing about our first collection and the first six years of Bend Goods. We started Bend with the intent to make furniture with classic designs. It’s no secret that we are inspired by mid century modern architecture and design. The mid century era of design has been creatively driving our founder and designer, Gaurav Nanda, for most of his life. We entered this space with nothing but respect for the work that came before us, and the want to be remember, as they are, for their classic designs. We wanted to make the new classics.

Launching in January of 2010, We could never have imagined how far we would come in such a short time. Now with the dawn of this new collection and era for us, we pay tribute to the generation of Bend that came before. Our new pieces are not replacements for the old, but a compliment to them. The second collection will breathe new life into the first and make you feel like you are seeing those designs again for the very first time. We can’t tell you how excited we are to start introducing this new line, and extending the Bend Family of Goods. We think that you are really going to love them.
