Fifteen Years of Bend Goods: A Journey in Design

This year marks a special milestone: Bend Goods turns 15. What started as a vision for playful, geometric furniture has grown into a journey filled with creativity, community, and design exploration. Over the past decade and a half, we’ve built more than a furniture company—we’ve created experiences, collaborations, and spaces that reflect our love of design in all its forms.

A Look Back at Our Journey

When we peek into the Bend archives—those old computers, photos, and stories—we’re reminded of just how many unforgettable moments have shaped our brand:

• Fun dance videos that captured the spirit of our team
• A photoshoot on Catalina Island with the bison roaming nearby
• A design exploration in the desert, pushing creativity to new places
• Showcasing at design fairs like Dwell on Design, ICFF, BDNY, and London Design Festival
• Being featured in Elle Decor, Goop, and Oprah—moments that made us pinch ourselves
• Collaborations with LACMA and other cultural institutions
  

And of course, we can’t forget the spaces that defined us: the Pointy House, our Melrose and Beverly showrooms, the Mansfield House, and Gaurav’s Spanish-modern renovation. Each space has been a chapter in our story, showing how design can transform the way we live and gather.

Building Through Challenges

Like many creative businesses, we’ve navigated challenges too. COVID-19 tested our resilience, but it also reminded us why design matters—why our homes and shared spaces should bring joy, comfort, and connection. This year, the sale of the Pointy House helped us fund a new Lancaster warehouse, a step forward that will support our next chapter of growth.



The People Behind Bend

Bend Goods has always been more than furniture—it’s about people. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of working with incredible employees, some of whom have been with us for over 10 years, and others who bring fresh energy as new faces. Their creativity, hard work, and dedication have shaped Bend into what it is today.
