We are very excited to announce the completion of a project that we’ve been working on for awhile. Chef Matthias Merges is bringing his wildly successful Japanese yakitori and noodle house Yusho out of Chicago and into the Monte Carlo in Las Vegas. Besides our excitement of having a new place to eat in Vegas, they’ve also used our Ethel Chair as their “official” chair throughout the entire restaurant! Luckily we got a preview this weekend and the space looks absolutely fantastic! Check it out if you find yourself in Vegas this summer. Yusho is set to open this week.
