Our standard shipping rates include curbside delivery to within the US only. If you would like to inquire about shipping outside of the US you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Most of our designs are in stock and ready to ship. Typically, items with Standard Shipping will arrive in 7-12 business days.Our standard shipping rate is 9 - 18%, depending on the order. Standard shipments are sent via small parcel carriers (UPS) or via our freight partner, depending on size.

At Bend Goods we stand behind our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied. Please keep the following in mind during the return process:Returns must be received in original packaging and the product must be in the original condition.The return must be made in 15 days of receipt or date of purchase, whichever is later. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.Your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 20% of the total purchase price. Restocking fee is waived for items being exchanged within 10 days of receipt. If the order value is over $5000, the restocking fee reduces to 15%.Returns will be refunded in the same form as the original payment was made. Returns are not accepted outside of the United States.Be sure to retain the original packing materials, receipt, and all merchandise tags for returns and exchanges.Proof of purchase is required for exchanges, credits, or refunds on eligible items, plus amount of tax paid according to applicable state law. For your convenience, we will accept the following as proof of purchase. Please retain all original packaging from shipment. We do not accept returns if the item is not in its original packaging or you have had the item for more than 30 days.
Bend Goods Warranty
We provide a 3 year structural warranty for all products regarding the quality of the material used to make our items. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, degradation of finishes from environmental factors, normal wear and tear, and damage due to erroneous/lack of maintenance.
